When you walk into the room, the bed is the first thing you notice — making it the natural focal point. To improve the flow and create that “wow” moment, I moved the bed to the opposite wall. To add depth and drama, I added the CSA “Mira” dark wallpaper to the back wall. Its rich pattern brings instantly elevates the space, while the neutral SW Canvas Tan on the remaining walls keeps the space soft and calming. Paired with the warmth of the wood ceiling, the whole room starts to radiate that inviting, retreat-like feel.
For the windows, I chose dark curtains hung high and wide to elongate the frames and draw the eye upward — a subtle touch that plays beautifully against the neutral backdrop. A cozy area rug grounds the room and adds texture underfoot, while tall mirrors behind the nightstands bounce light around, making the space feel open and elevated. Warm woods, soft linens, and mixed metal accents tie it all together with an effortless sense of comfort and sophistication.
Now, this room feels like a true escape — a cozy retreat where you can unwind, recharge, and feel completely at home.
