This beginner friendly project is the perfect fall craft that can be completed in under an hour! It is totally customizable for any season too, just swap out the faux floral!

Materials:

Tools:

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

Start with a flat 16 inch wooden wreath ring. *It’s important to get a flat ring so you have a flat surface to glue the wooden balls & florals to! Then grab your 2 inch split wooden spheres, I left mine natural, but you could paint or stain the balls whatever color you like to match your style. Then pick your faux florals, I chose these beautiful pink faux flowers and stems from Amazon to create a neutral fall wreath. The fun part of this project is that it’s completely customizable!

Step 2: Dry Fit Everything

I like to lay everything out first to see how it’s going to look before I start gluing it down. I used 18 of the split wood balls to cover 2/3 of the wreath ring so that there’s space at the bottom for my florals. Then with the florals, I like to create a focal point at the center with the larger flowers and then create symmetry by adding matching stems to either side. Get creative! Style your wreath however you like to match your home!

Step 3: Secure Everything

Once you know where you want everything to go, you can start gluing it down! I’ve tried hot glue before and the balls kept popping off, so I would recommend a stronger l glue like Liquid Nails. Then use the floral wire to secure your stems and florals.

Step 4: Hang your Wreath!

Once everything is secured, you’re ready to hang your wreath! I like to use command strips to hang mine because they adhere well to almost any surface, but are also really easy to remove when I’m ready to change up my decor. You could hang this wreath almost anywhere– on the wall, on a closet door, or even your front door! The best part is, if you want to reuse it for multiple seasons, it’s super easy to change out the faux florals to match any holiday decor!
