To the mama reading this,

They say that the days are long and the years are short and I can feel time slipping through my fingers. I recently asked my 4 year old where his favorite place in the entire world was and you know what he said… “home”. 😭🥹 Here is a gentle reminder to cherish your kids at all stages. Take time to really look them in the eyes and hear what they are saying. Study them… their little eyelashes, finger nails and really soak up every moment they are with you. One day they aren’t going to remember how many hours you worked that week… they are going to remember that you got down on their level and played with them. It’s easy to let the days go by and just feel like we are in survival mode until bedtime, but is that really living? Don’t get so busy building a life that you forget to live one. 🩷 I know the season of littles is so hard and it’s easy to wonder if you are doing enough and compare to other moms around you… I’m here to tell you that you absolutely are enough. And if you feel convicted to do more or be more present in the moment… you can reset TODAY. It takes a village so from one mama to another who constantly doubts if she’s doing a good job… I’m here to tell you that those babies were handpicked for you by God and you are exactly what they need.
