Packed with healthy ingredients, these are the perfect alternative to a traditional cookie. I love having them on hand when I need a quick snack or am craving sugar! They are super quick and easy to make and taste like you’re eating straight cookie dough.

Step 2: Mix and Assemble!

First, mix the almonds, walnuts, oats, cinnamon and sea salt in the food processor until fine. Next, add the agave nectar and vanilla extra and combine in food processor. Last Add the chocolate chips and pulse to desired consistency. Wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking then form into 1″ balls. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and freeze for one hour or until firm.

I store mine in a Tupperware in the freezer so I can grab one anytime!
