If you’ve done your shopping, you might be looking to avoid the crowds. Or maybe you’re getting the shopping in early. Maybe you’re running a little behind and you’re just looking to get out, get it done, and let’s be honest, where’s the nearest happy hour on Black Friday? Whatever your pleasure, there is a lot to look forward on this Friday of Friday’s and here are a few suggestions that are near, but far enough away from the shopping hot spots to get your fix.
Afternoon Drinks and a Break Away
If you’re in East Nashville we suggest 3 Crow Bar. All drinks are $1 off from 11am to 7pm. Shopping in Hillsboro Village? Check out Amari. 5-7:30pm bottles of wine are half off and well drinks are $5. Germantown for Black Friday, you might want to try Butchertown Hall. They serve good bar and food specials from 4-6pm. If you’re on the Westside anywhere near Sylvan Park there’s a great new spot called House that you should drop into. $2 PBR, $1 off drafts, $6 house margarita, $5 cocktails and more.
Later Night Suggestions Off the Beaten Path, Downtown
Amanda Shires at City Winery. She’s bold, she’s beautiful, her music is lovely, and she’s one of the most talented Nashville talents you’re going to find. And she’s married to Jason Isbell so there’s that.
Purple Masquerade Prince Celebration at 3rd and Lindsley. This venue is a magnet for Nashvillians. It’s always been one of the better venues in town, and it’s gotten a bigger and better name for itself. Eat before you go, but enjoy the show!
Whatever you decide to do we hope you enjoy your stay in Nashville. As always, please let us know if we can make your stay more enjoyable.
